Well one of the podcasts will be anyway. The old segment The Weekly Queue will be getting it's own show... semi-weekly, bi-weekly, monthly...whenever. This will be my short DVD recommendation show. To Be Located Here.


The Other show will be different, and it's a monthly podcast discussion about one season of television, called appropriately The (complete) First Season. Kind of like a book of the month club but with tv. To Be Located Here.

My main computer(the one that allows me to easily record podcasts) is having some heating issues... I guess it's too damn hot here in sunny Northern California. As a result I'm having problems recording podcasts as of late, I hope that the issue will be resolved tomorrow but don't hold your breath...that said, I think it will happen tomorrow night.

You may have noticed that many of the podcasters who are using Libsyn also are offering links to a feed for torrents. I don't know whether I recommend this or not due to the fact that most podcasting clients leech(download) much more than they seed(upload). If you want to try out the torrent feed and tell me your experience with it, please add the link that says "P2P podcast" to your aggregator and post a message here or shoot me an email. I'd like to know if I should even offer the option of the torrent feed.

All you fans of zombie movies, get ready because George Romero's Land of the Dead trailer is now online. I for one am a huge zombie fan and think that all you people need to check this out. Star Wars ends one month from today. I will be starting a segment of the show called the Star Wars Chronicles. This will be after the Ice Storm Review(with FF goodness), in this segment I will be telling about all my experiences with Star Wars from the beginning to a final review of Revenge of the Sith. I can't sleep...I'm trying to decide whether or not I should consider myself a comic podcast. I mean I know that now and again I'll post comic related podcasts, and while this first episode came out with a definite slant for comic books, I really feel that calling myself a comics podcast is ludicrous considering I am more of a movie geek than a comic book geek. I will probably end up reviewing and talking about movies and TV more than comics. Please don't take this the wrong way, I love comics and still plan on talking about them from time to time. But I think that I may have to limit that to comics that I think have an appeal to a more mass audience than certain books do. The reason I'm posting this is because I noticed that I'm linked to on Neil Gorman's Site Comicology as a comics podcaster, and that scared me. I am in no way an authority on comic books, go to Neil's site for links to some awesome people that are(as is he), and I don't want people coming here hoping to get all comics all the time and get disapointed by the lack of comic coverage. If people are disapointed about this I'm sorry it's just that my passion in life is film and that's what I know best. So Neil if you're reading this I hope that you can forgive me but I think that it would be in the best interest of the Comics podcast world if you'd take me off your Comics Podcast list.

I found out last night who the two people who downloaded that first show. They where Richard Vobes and Viva Podcast, both of them are linked to the left of your screen. I'd like to thank them both for their input, even though I had deleted the show off the site. Anywho I will probably do another show on Wednesday, this time it will be definetly different.

I had posted my podcast as a review for Sin City. But I realized there were several audio problems. I tried to resolve the issues but, I will be rerecording it tomorrow night. Rightly so because it sucked.
